New Raiding Schedule and Policies!
Attention all orphans, our raiding schedule and policies are undergoing minor changes. We are focussing on raid progression, gearing up guildies, and recruiting skilled players. We will run two types of raids, guild sponsored and partial pugs. Therapist will be acting GM until further notice and is dps class leader. Opeili is healer class leader and Anse is tank class leader.
Guild sponsored raids will be listed on Group Calendar (v4.0.4). Only guildies who sign up in GCal are guaranteed a place in the raid. If you do not sign up, it is assumed you are not coming. Guildies always have preference over pugs, but please don't use this as an excuse for not signing up. It is very difficult to plan raids when no one signs up. Life happens, we all know this, but please send an ingame message to the guild raid organizer if you can't make it. Because we are focussing on gearing up guildies for more advance endgame content, we may need to give preference to ungeared guildies on guild raids to Kara. Sharding epics is not guild progress.
Partial pugs will not be listed on Gcal (to avoid confusion) and can be coordinated by guildies at any time. If you are needed in a guild raid and are able to attend, please do not go on a partial pug raid. Partial pugs are meant for guildies who cannot attend the regular guild raid and/or do not need any gear from the raid and are giving their spot to another guildie who does.
Guild raid times and dates will be listed in GCal. Thursday evening is Kara and Sunday afternoon is Gruul's/Mag's. ZA is Tuesday evening. Because ZA is T5 content, all attending must be in at least full T4 gear. Please read Therapist's comment on gear and groups for ZA from June 5.
This guild is about moving into endgame content before WotLK comes out. If we all work together, we'll be there before we know it. Thanks for your cooperation and patience!
Tell your friends and spread the word. We're looking for more skilled players who want to move to endgame content sooner rather than later.

Re: New Raiding Schedule and Policies!
This sounds like an excellent way to help us continue to move forward in content. I think we've got a bright future with lots of dead bosses ahead of us Let's makes sure we pass the word around to all our guildies who aren't using these forums yet (and get them on here if possible, it's been so lonely here!)
