My 70 pre-exp spec

I do believe that is the spec ill be playing. There isnt enough points for titans and impale, so the best I can do is grab 15% crit on HS from prot, and make myself a bit more viable for OT.

yeah its kinda lame if you try to go into arms tree at lvl 70 with fury, but I deffinantly like the 15% crit from prot for the 70 spec. i think it'll turn out pretty nice
